OK Hillbilly, first things first. The first thing that needs to be on that there regulation list is ME! Guns DO NOT kill people, I do! L.W.C.I sounds more like Legal Weenies Creating Insensitivity. A background check to buy ammunition? If so, won't you need a background check to by fuel for your automobile or bike (didn't think I could make this motorcycle related, did Ya?!) I mean, a drunk driver can't kill if his ride doesn't run because it's out of fuel, right? Soooooo, if he is convicted of a felony DUI and released, (which we all know happens), then he can't harm anyone else if he can't pass a background check to buy fuel--get it?
